How is Yard + Parish different?
We take pride in having a signature aesthetic and stocking only the most innovative and stylish brands the diaspora has to offer. Each brand tells a beautiful story steeped in tradition and many specialise in lifestyle solutions for melanin-rich skin. Inspired by slow island living, we stock businesses that use natural ingredients and follow sustainable practices.

Do you only sell online?
Currently, yes. However we are always finding ways to meet our customers face-to-face through corporate events, fairs, and our travelling showroom. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know where we’ll pop up next.
How can I sell my product on Yard+Parish?

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Worldwide! See our Delivery page for more information. Shipping costs vary based on brand location.
Do I have to pay any import duties and taxes?
Duties and taxes are included for domestic orders (orders from brands based in your country).
Why am I receiving multiple parcels?
Your order will be sent directly to you by our brands, which means faster delivery times. If your order consists of items from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each brand.
I’ve ordered items from multiple brands, will I have to pay for multiple shipping costs?
Yes. Some items are being sent from different locations, therefore incurring multiple shipping costs.
How can I make an exchange if my order doesn’t fit?
If you would like to make an exchange, you'll need to place a new order for the size that you need and return your original order.
How can I return my order if I change my mind?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will help to coordinate the return. For more information, please visit our Returns page.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived by the expected date?
Occasionally an order may take longer than usual due to circumstances out of our/ the couriers control. If you have any problems with your order at all, just Contact Us and we'll be there to help.
PAYMENT
Will I have to make multiple payments for each item I order?
No. There will only ever be a single payment required for each order regardless of how many items or brands you add to your cart.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express debit and credit cards.
We also accept the following express payment options: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal and Clearpay.
Payment can be made in the following currencies: GBP, CAD, USD, EUR

I have received a faulty/ damaged item. What should I do?
These situations are rare, but if this happens, please let us know within 14 days from the date you receive the item, via email to support@yardandparish.com including a photo and description of the fault will help us to quickly resolve the issue and arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you.
