We aim for the highest quality of service. However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund on unworn, undamaged and unused item(s). This excludes all beauty, intimates, earrings, and made-to-order items.
For hygiene reasons, Happy Hair Co. products are non-refundable unless found damaged due to manufacturer fault. Evidence will be required.
We offer free domestic returns (orders from brands based in your country) for UK and Canadian customers. For non-domestic returns (orders from brands based outside your country) the customer will need to pay shipping fees.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be returned in original packaging with included tags/ labels.
Item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of refund being approved.
We will only refund the value of the item(s) purchased and not the original delivery charge.
For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and request a refund of the unwanted item.
