RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- We aim for the highest quality of service. However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund on unworn, undamaged and unused item(s). This excludes all beauty, intimates, earrings, and made-to-order items.
- For hygiene reasons, Happy Hair Co. products are non-refundable unless found damaged due to manufacturer fault. Evidence will be required.
- We offer free domestic returns (orders from brands based in your country) for UK and Canadian customers. For non-domestic returns (orders from brands based outside your country) the customer will need to pay shipping fees.
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with included tags/ labels.
- Item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of refund being approved.
- We will only refund the value of the item(s) purchased and not the original delivery charge.
- For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and request a refund of the unwanted item.
